About Dr. Zaidi

Dr. Mohammad H. Zaidi is a board-certified physiatrist and the founder of Zaidi Spine. He completed residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at SUNY Stony Brook and is completing fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Michigan State University / Sparrow Hospital.

He currently serves as an attending physician at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan, caring for veterans with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputation, chronic pain, and polytrauma. His outpatient practice includes musculoskeletal care, electrodiagnostics (EMG/NCS), spasticity management, and interventional spine procedures.

Dr. Zaidi has held Medical Director roles at McLaren Northern Michigan and United Health Services, leading inpatient rehabilitation operations, physician supervision, and quality improvement work. He has authored peer-reviewed textbook chapters and journal publications, and has presented nationally on spinal electromagnetic stimulation and neuromuscular modulation.
